Yarn requirements: Our sheep are shown in worsted and bulky weight wools. Choose a yarn that will felt easily and firmly.
Worsted: 165 yards (main color), 25 yards black.
Bulky: 185 yards (main color), 30 yards black.
Needles: For worsted weight: US size 10 or 10 1/2. For bulky weight: US size 11.
Unfelted gauge: worsted: 14 – 15 sts =4″, bulky: 11 – 12 sts=4″
